Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with every module available to evaluate. Each plan then includes a fixed number of users and modules — swap modules anytime at no charge, but you can't buy extra seats or modules. Need more than 20 users or 4 modules? Enterprise is a custom agreement with unlimited users and every module available to add.

Is it priced per user?
Each standard plan is a flat monthly price with an included user count.
What happens if I need a sixth user on Starter?
You can move to a larger plan or Enterprise when you need more users.
Can I change which modules I have?
Yes. Standard plans can swap modules within the included count — Starter 2, Essentials 3, Professional 4 — at no charge. Enterprise is configured around the modules and custom workflows your factory needs.
Is Offsight AI included?
Yes. The Assistant and Mission Control are available on every plan, with a monthly token allowance included.
What does the trial include?
Every module is available to evaluate for 14 days, with an AI token allowance, so your team can see what fits before choosing a package.
What is different about Enterprise?
Enterprise is a configurable agreement: unlimited users, a module package tailored to your factory, every module available to add or customize, contract billing and a named success manager.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is paid in advance for the twelve-month term and takes a 10% discount on the total.
What support comes with it?
The same for every plan: a support mailbox inside the product with ticket numbers and threaded history, and a commitment to respond within eight business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm Pacific.
